A space to create…

Almost a year ago now I got the keys to an old industrial mill building in Leeds after instantly falling in love with the space. It took a hell of a lot of graft in between large projects to work on the space and I couldn’t be prouder. As part of my growing business I was in desperate need of a kitchen space (that wasn’t my home) that I could get my teeth stuck into larger recipe development projects and improve logistics and efficencies.

Im now able to invite clients to live recipe development sessions to taste their products in a new way. When Im not using the space I’ll be hiring it out both as a kitchen location/set but also general studio hire to help cover the additional cost.

Im also working on a new recipe development company - www.grain-kitchen.co.uk -offering large scale recipe projects with a quicker turnaround and including nutritional reports. Its early days but im looking to launch in 2022.
